Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare Europe is seeking a technically skilled Support Engineer for Ultrasound Medical Imaging products. You will coordinate resources to diagnose and resolve issues, act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams, and contribute to knowledge base creation.

Responsibilities include collaboration with Product and R&D, documentation maintenance, and ensuring timely communication of FCOs and new product information.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and daily office software usage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Willingness to travel long-term for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Act as interface between customers, local engineering, and HQ Technical Support.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex issues and maintain docs.
• Review tools and documentation for new products and ensure critical info is communicated.
