Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager based in the Netherlands. You will lead user acquisition for a newly launched mobile poker app, managing substantial budgets across major paid channels and partnering with BI and product teams.

You’ll own testing, measurement, and optimization pipelines, focusing on CPI, retention, payer conversion, and ROAS targets while driving LTV-informed decisions in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

5+ years mobile UA experience, including at least 3 years in gaming.
Prefer experience in free-to-play poker or social casino.
Proven ability to scale a mobile title with limited data.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize daily UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Ads, AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Moloco and DSPs.
Define UA strategy and channel mix using performance data.
Test new channels and targeting approaches to identify scalable growth.
Collaborate with creative, product, BI and partners to improve performance.
Maintain measurement infrastructure including AppsFlyer, SKAN, postbacks and attribution.
Own the creative testing pipeline and scale winning assets.
Monitor creative fatigue and refresh winning concepts.
Provide regular reporting on spend, cohort quality, and forecasts.
