Job summary

PVH Corp. in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Trim & Packaging Developer to own end-to-end material development, from concept to final approval.

You will work across Design, Product Development, Merchandising and Sourcing to deliver scalable, compliant, high-quality trim and packaging solutions that balance brand, cost and sustainability. You bring 4+ years in trim, packaging or related fields, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in materials, textiles, product development, engineering, fashion or related field.
• 4+ years with trim, packaging, raw materials or product development in apparel or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage material developments from concept to final approval.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of seasonal and core trim and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Merchandising and Sourcing teams.
• Maintain material specifications and digital records in PLM systems.
• Guide and mentor colleagues, share industry developments, and ensure PVH standards.
