Job summary

Rentman is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the transport domain end-to-end, from discovery to roadmap. You will work with customers in the field, translate route and fleet challenges into buildable scope, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support and Content to align go-to-market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Owned product area end-to-end from discovery through launch and post-launch tracking.
• Experience with operationally complex problems: routing, scheduling, fleet or capacity planning.
• Data-driven—able to set metrics, measure outcomes, and justify product decisions.
• Led customer discovery themselves and defended scope calls on partial evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own Transport end to end: discovery, scoping, design, development, launch and post-launch tracking.
• Run customer discovery in the field with rental companies; understand routing, multi-stop, and capacity constraints.
• Define the first sellable increment and explain why it’s the right bet.
• Build and own a sequenced, evidence-based roadmap with the Head of Product.
• Translate routing and logistics complexity into buildable scope (APIs, time windows, capacity).
• Define success before you build it and drive go-to-market with cross-functional teams.
