Zusammenfassung

PostNL is seeking a Product Development Manager for Spring Europe to turn commercial opportunities into new logistics products. The role focuses on cross-border e-commerce with initial emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe, shaping business cases and leading the proposition from concept to market.

You will collaborate across functions and countries, translating market needs into robust roadmaps and delivering on international growth initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, e-commerce, logistics, consulting or project management.
• Experience developing new products or propositions from idea to implementation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams.
• Experience in an international environment, with affinity for Central & Eastern European markets.
• Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of an additional CEE language is a plus.

• Turn commercial opportunities into new logistics products and services for cross-border e-commerce.
• Lead the roadmap and guide the proposition from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Finance and Marketing to bring marketable solutions to life.
