Job summary

Super is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Lead to translate complex, cross-functional problems into scoped, measurable initiatives and deliver real change across Europe. You will champion PMO discipline where needed, focusing on transformation leadership rather than pure project admin.

You will partner with the Business Architect and Head of Automation to reengineer processes, embed AI-enabled ways of working, drive adoption, and help establish a high-performing Transformation Office

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale cross-functional business transformation.
• Strong experience in process reengineering and organisational design as a delivery activity.
• Experience delivering or embedding AI-enabled transformation at scale.
• End-to-end programme delivery skills: planning, governance, risk and dependency management, benefits realisation.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear, sequenced plans.
• Strong executive-level stakeholder management and influence.
• Change management judgement covering adoption risk, communications, and resistance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive papers and updates.
• Commercial judgement with focus on measurable business value.
• Comfort operating in an agile, fluid environment where priorities shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing to delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking.
• Convert ambiguous priorities into structured delivery plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Partner with Business Architect and Head of Automation to translate target operating model into practical delivery.
• Enable process reengineering and operating model change by simplifying and standardising end-to-end processes.
• Embed AI-enabled ways of working by identifying AI-augmented process improvements.
• Manage adoption and people impact in partnership with Change Manager and business leaders.
• Support the build-out of Transformation Office foundations, including portfolio visibility and governance rhythm.
• Act as a trusted partner to the VP, Transformation on planning, governance, and executive communication.
