Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Project Manager Enabling Functions to lead strategic transformation initiatives across IT, Data, Digital and AI. You will partner with senior stakeholders and steer programs from business case to value realization, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 8–12 years of transformation leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Project, Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of experience in project/program/transformation management.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary transformation initiatives across Enabling Functions.
• Manage cross-functional teams aligning business, process, technology and change activities.
• Establish governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and reporting structures.
