You will leverage AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making, while challenging senior leadership where needed.

• Experience advising clients and engaging senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic efforts across people, processes, technology, and org models.
• Design and redesign structures, workflows, and management systems for scale.
• Translate strategy into actionable transformation plans with owners and milestones.
• Drive implementation, adoption, and embedding of changes in day-to-day ops.
• Coordinate training, change management, and stakeholder adoption.
