ING seeks a Senior Management Consultant in Amsterdam to lead complex transformation assignments across ING, from initial sponsor conversations to strategic, evidence-based recommendations shaping decisions across businesses, functions and countries.

You will identify, shape and lead high-impact assignments, set direction, and ensure quality, pace and measurable impact while building senior relationships and a strong pipeline of work within Global Consulting.
