Qualifications

Experience in Service Delivery, Customer Operations, or similar customer-facing function.
Proven experience in an e-commerce environment.
Commercial mindset with a track record of improving retention and supporting account growth.
Experience driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and service transformations.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, automation, and digital capabilities to enhance customer experiences.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Willingness to be onsite 5 days a week in Rotterdam or Almere.
