Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Experience operating within matrixed, multi-stakeholder settings.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an actionable transformation roadmap.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes from conception to implementation.
• Drive change initiatives that improve performance, agility and business effectiveness.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, benefits realisation, and adoption metrics.
