Job summary

Gwynt is seeking a Senior Business Associate to lead transformation projects in the (high-tech) manufacturing sector. You combine vision and market knowledge with hands-on change management to turn strategy into concrete plans and to guide complex programs from start to finish.

You will work across streams such as Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain and Portfolio Management, building strong client relationships and driving lasting improvements for manufacturing and related industries.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of knowledge and work experience in (discrete) manufacturing.
• Experience in program management, manufacturing, supply chain, supplier management, or innovation.
• Strong communication at all levels in Dutch and English.
• Ability to lead complex projects and both line and consulting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects in the (high-tech) manufacturing industry and manage multiple work streams.
• Develop strategy and turn it into concrete plans; engage with board and shop floor teams.
• Build strong client relationships and drive lasting improvements and change.
