Job summary

Gwynt is seeking a Senior Business Associate to lead strategic initiatives across food-sector clients, shaping operational roadmaps and transformation programs. You’ll drive improvements in capacity, flexibility, and make‑or‑buy decisions while leveraging AI and robotics to push performance.

You’ll work from the Netherlands with executive exposure, building client relationships and delivering concrete plans that translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Operations within food manufacturing.
• Experience leading strategic transformation projects.
• Track record implementing new technology (mechatronics, robotics/AI).
• Extensive continuous improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong supply chain management experience (logistics, S&OP, inventory).
• Academic background in technical/econometrics/technical business admin.
• Consulting experience or strong aspiration to develop consulting skills.
• Strong network and ability to generate opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects with clients in the food sector and translate strategy into concrete plans.
• Advise boards and management on operational excellence, capacity, and technology deployment.
• Drive change management, project/program governance, and implementation of improvements.
• Develop and grow client relationships to enable growth of Gwynt.
• Navigate cross-functional teams on shop floor and at board level to sustain results.
