Job summary

Gwynt is seeking a Medior Associate Supply Chain to work on challenging projects and deliver tangible results with client teams. You will operate in both hands-on and strategic roles across end-to-end supply chains and help implement improvements.

The role offers exposure to board-level discussions, process redesigns, and development opportunities within a close team, including a competitive benefits package with a lease car.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations or logistics.
• Experience with at least one large-scale change or transformation in supply chain.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain issues from order to delivery.
• First experience in line management and/or MT participation.
• Experience in food or retail chain.
• Academic level education in engineering, econometrics or technical business administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and generate reports, then support implementation and assurance.
• Act as sparring partner for the board and management, while staying engaged in operations.
• Contribute to development and growth of Gwynt.
