Gwynt seeks a senior transformation lead to drive multi-year programs for manufacturing clients. You combine vision with market knowledge and translate strategies into concrete plans, business cases and actions across OEMs and suppliers.

In collaboration with client teams and Gwynt specialists, you guide program delivery from quick scans to implementation, aiming for operational excellence and lasting impact on performance, culture and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary improvement or transformation projects in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of core manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of finance.
• College-level education in technical business administration or mechanical engineering.
• Commercial affinity and ability to network in manufacturing.
• Consulting experience or eagerness to develop consulting skills.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects and manage program work streams.
• Develop strategies, business cases and multi-year plans.
• Provide pragmatic analyses and stakeholder engagement for client transformation.
• Build strong relationships with client employees.
• Spar with boards on strategic direction to align with client goals.
• Drive culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
