Job summary

Gwynt is a consulting firm that supports large entrepreneurial businesses in retail, wholesale, food and manufacturing. You will join a close-knit team to translate strategy into concrete plans and lead multi-month change programs at client sites.

No two days are the same: from shop-floor culture initiatives to in-depth data analyses in Power BI, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across industries.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, supplier management and/or technology & innovation.
• Experience supporting complex strategic processes within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive experience with data analysis, reporting and data visualization; experience with data modeling and algorithms (data science) is an advantage.
• Perhaps already have experience in consulting, or you have aspirations to develop consulting skills.
• An academic level education; field of study preferably (technical) business administration, mechanical engineering or another relevant (technical) study

Responsibilities

• Develop new strategy and translate this into concrete plans for the company.
• Participate in complex projects and have a growing role in project, program and change management.
• Lead quick scans to reach core insights and contribute to the change program at client sites.
• Collaborate with client management and employees; work on multiple streams like Strategy, New Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, or Portfolio Management to implement plans on site.
