Valcon A/S in Netherlands is seeking a (Senior) Consultant for People & Organisational Transformation to help clients adopt new business models, technologies, and improved processes through pragmatic change management. You will lead organizational changes, develop readiness assessments, communications and training plans, design processes, and manage stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s and Master’s with a numerical component and 1–5 years consultancy experience are required; fluency in Dutch and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a numerical component.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience including consultancy.
• Strong conceptual thinking with ability to draw insights from complex issues.
• Affinity with translating strategic goals into implications.
• Ability to quickly understand client processes and systems.
• Strong personality with ability to manage difficult stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing organizational changes from new technologies and business models to process optimization.
• Developing change strategies and readiness for change assessments, including communications and training plans.
• Designing, optimizing, and implementing new processes for clients.
