Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Terminal Solution Manager to own the port complex performance for customers. You will unite terminals, ocean operations, towage, pilots and agents, guiding the Hub/Terminal Solution team to keep cargo moving and performance high.

Beyond daily operations, you will shape tomorrow's terminal organisation using data and technology, driving continuous improvements and strategic collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in shipping, ocean operations or terminal operations.
• Strong leadership with a track record of delivering results through others.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and partners.
• Strategic thinker who designs future ways of working with data and tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer and operational experience across the terminal and port complex.
• Lead execution planning and long-term design planning to secure outcomes.
• Shape yard and gate strategies with Area and Fulfilment teams to keep cargo moving.
• Identify root causes when performance drifts and drive lasting improvements.
• Coordinate response to disruptions involving crisis-management stakeholders.
• Develop the Hub/Terminal Solution team and seek opportunities for growth.
