Job summary

Maersk invites a seasoned leader to become Head of Global Value Stream Management for APM Terminals in The Hague. You will establish an enterprise approach to value streams, connect process owners, experts, and technology, and drive governance across a complex global matrix.

You will collaborate with the Transformation Office and senior leaders to ensure process, data and technology enable scalable change across terminals and functions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership in Value Stream Management, Lean or Process Excellence.
• Experience embedding process-management capabilities in complex organisations.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and political judgement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise approach to Value Stream Management across the organisation.
• Translate enterprise value tree into clearly defined value streams and processes.
• Build and lead global process communities across terminals and functions.
• Partner with Transformation Office to shape business transformation initiatives.
• Influence outcomes across a global matrix with limited direct authority.
