Job summary

Accenture Netherlands in Amsterdam is recruiting a Client Account Lead to act as a strategic partner for senior telecommunications executives. You will own relationships, lead transformation programs, and shape account direction using Accenture's telecom expertise and global capabilities.

This senior role blends strategy, business development, and delivery, with autonomy to mobilize multidisciplinary teams, drive value, and deliver measurable outcomes across the Dutch market and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, technology, telecom, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market dynamics and digital services.
• Proven track record building trusted C-suite relationships and growing complex client accounts.
• Experience shaping transformation opportunities, from value identification to delivery.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, expand, and grow strategic relationships with senior telecom executives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through transformation programs spanning customer growth, network modernization, and digital transformation.
• Identify opportunities, shape value propositions, and guide pursuits from initial discussion to closure.
• Leverage Accenture's global capabilities and telecom expertise to deliver differentiated value.
• Lead engagements lasting 2–12 months for Dutch and international telecom clients.
