Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager in Amsterdam to bridge business and technology, ensuring ideas become live products. You will work at the intersection of Commercial, Product and Technology and coordinate with UK development teams and Group Technology to deliver customer-focused telecom propositions.

The role requires deep telecom experience, hands-on leadership, and a data-driven approach to decision making, with a focus on reducing risk and delivering real value to customers.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of Product/ Product Owner experience in telecom or similar.
• Experience in telecom, FinTech, payments, SaaS or similarly complex environment.
• Ability to challenge engineers and quickly identify risks.
• Ability to understand and work with data to make decisions.
• Senior-level candidate with significant impact in decisions.
• No ego, hands-on and delivery-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of Commercial, Product & Technology, linking business needs to tech delivery.
• Translate ideas from 'can we do this?' to 'it's live' and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with UK development teams, Group Technology, and commercial stakeholders.
• Work on new propositions to improve customer experience and interactions with services.
