Odido Nederland is seeking a Senior Roaming Product Manager to own the roaming strategy and wholesale partnerships, ensuring customers stay connected wherever they travel.

You’ll collaborate with Technology, B2B, Finance and Operations, lead initiatives from idea to implementation, engage with international partners, and drive measurable business impact.

This is a visible, cross‑functional role with direct commercial influence in a dynamic, customer‑driven telecom.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within mobile roaming and wholesale telecom.
• Strong understanding of roaming services, commercial agreements, and industry developments.
• Ability to connect commercial priorities with technology, operations and customer needs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical confidence with data, revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills for business performance analysis.
• Full professional proficiency in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Odido’s roaming strategy and wholesale partnerships.
• Manage commercial relationships with roaming broker and international operator partners.
• Improve financial performance by balancing revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen roaming services and customer experience.
• Translate industry developments (e.g., 5G Roaming) into business opportunities.
• Lead roaming initiatives from idea and business case through implementation.
• Coordinate across internal teams and represent Odido in international forums.
