Job summary

Axon Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead high-visibility deployments across cloud and on-prem platforms. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to deliver mission-critical solutions that protect life and accelerate justice.

The role requires German and English fluency, at least 5 years of complex program leadership, and experience driving enterprise software deployments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading and delivering highly complex programs in technical environments.
Proven track record managing enterprise software deployments, infrastructure projects or large-scale programs.
Deep expertise delivering projects with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, product).
Mastery of program/project management tools and methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM).
Experience gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, and facilitating change management.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade product deployments.
Oversee milestones, resources, scope, timeline, and risk management.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
Ensure milestones and documentation support revenue recognition.
Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales handoff.
Operate with urgency, accuracy, and detail while maintaining communication across teams.
Maintain customer confidence in high-pressure situations and adapt to change.
Remove obstacles through creativity and rapid adaptation.
