Nebius is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to sustain, scale, and improve operational and software development processes across their compute systems and cloud deployments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate hardware and software programs, and manage dependencies, risks, and execution in a fast-moving engineering environment.

This role requires a hands-on mindset, strong communication, and the ability to drive reliable, scalable AI cloud platforms across regions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across engineering, business, customers and vendors.
• Technical knowledge with curiosity about how systems work, especially hardware-close platforms.
• Attention to detail in managing long-running infrastructure programs with dependencies and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large-scale infrastructure programs across hardware and software teams.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and ownership; drive programs to clear milestones and ownership.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with engineering, partners, customers, and vendors.
• Contribute hands-on when needed to support program execution and process development.
