Job summary

Nebius is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex cross-team initiatives spanning VPC and related cloud infrastructure. You will define outcomes, manage dependencies, and coordinate validation, rollout, and operational readiness with developers, engineering managers, and product managers.

The role requires deep technical understanding of cloud networking, scalability, and reliability, along with strong communication and planning skills to deliver high-impact networking

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management or senior cross-team delivery.
• Strong background in cloud networking and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing, NAT, firewalls and load balancing.
• Clear, concise communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple engineering teams.
