Job summary

People & Products is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead large cross‑team initiatives in a product‑led, agile environment within the Netherlands. You will build an integrated delivery plan, manage dependencies and risks, and create a single, trusted view for leadership without formal authority.

The role emphasizes disciplined delivery, strong communication, and stakeholder alignment across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, complex technology delivery, or similar consulting/delivery roles.
• Proven track record leading initiatives across multiple teams, domains and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to build integrated plans, surface dependencies and risks early.
• Technical understanding to discuss system constraints with engineering leaders.
• Experience with modern product and agile delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for concise executive reporting.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and own an end-to-end delivery plan with milestones and critical paths for cross‑team initiatives.
• Set consistent delivery methods: reporting formats, cadence, RAG criteria, milestones, and stage gates.
• Manage cross‑team dependency map and risk register with escalation triggers and owners.
• Ensure roadmaps and team commitments align with the integrated plan and flag conflicts early.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Finance, and vendors.
• Produce data‑driven leadership reports focused on outcomes and business impact.
• Create a unified customer and stakeholder narrative on delivery status and trade-offs.
• Drive prioritization discussions with options and cost‑of‑delay evidence.
