Job summary

JetBrains is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate complex cross-team technical programs across one domain, coordinating product, engineering, quality, and service teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

You will surface risks, drive mitigation, and ensure execution plans stay aligned with reality, while coaching TPMs and guiding multiple initiatives with strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading complex software programs or cross-team initiatives from start to finish.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across product, engineering, quality, and service teams.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
• Experience coaching other program managers and improving execution quality.
• Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility, dependencies, and delivery risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs within your domain.
• Ensure planning, coordination, and execution meet high standards across teams.
• Surface risks and blockers early and drive mitigation or escalation.
• Serve as the senior PMO escalation point for complex delivery in the domain.
• Define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions with product/engineering/quality/service teams.
• Build program plans and resourcing plans; coach TPMs.
