Loop is seeking a freelance Technical Program Manager to own and deliver complex cross‑functional programs from initiation through launch. You will connect Product, Design, Engineering, Operations and Marketing around one integrated plan, driving alignment and timely decisions across NPD and related programs.

You will operate with independence within Loop’s governance structures, spotting risks early and escalating significant trade‑offs when decisions are needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional new product development or related technical programs.
• Ability to lead initiatives from initiation through launch with independent work style.
• Strong communication with product, design, engineering, ops and commercial teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated cross-functional program plan with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Program Managers.
• Maintain a single source of truth for NPD delivery and budget assumptions.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Apply Loop’s NPD framework with governance, scope control and launch readiness reviews.
• Elevate major trade-offs with clear impact and recommended options.
• Run effective cross-functional governance and keep teams aligned on priorities.
