Datadog is seeking a seasoned Technical Enablement Manager to lead foundational webinars, deliver tailored technical training, and drive customer success through comprehensive product onboarding. You will partner with Sales, CS, and leadership to align enablement with customer priorities and product capabilities.

You’ll mentor new hires, collaborate with Product/Engineering, and stay current with observability trends and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cloud-native or observability environments.
Strong foundation in observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tech.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven success in driving high CSAT scores in training engagements.
Mentor mindset with peer growth focus.

Responsibilities

Lead foundational enablement webinars on diverse topics with consistency and clarity.
Deliver technical enablement training tailored to customer goals and ensure CSAT targets.
Update content to match evolving customer needs and platform capabilities.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, and leadership to scope enablement services.
Mentor new hires on best practices in enablement and customer engagement.
Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to improve features and enablement.
Deliver internal enablement for cross-functional teams and run annual field workshops.
