Job summary

ALTEN Nederland is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Program Manager to drive complex multidisciplinary projects in a high-tech environment in the Netherlands. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery from concept to implementation, across software, mechatronics and systems engineering domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project/programme management experience in a technical setting.
• Strong background in software development and/or mechatronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex technical projects and programmes from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, planning, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams across software, mechatronics, systems and engineering specialists.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies with timely escalation.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and align business and technical objectives.
• Report status, KPIs and financial progress to management.
• Drive continuous improvement in execution, processes and collaboration.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost and timeline expectations.
