Job summary
Rabobank is seeking a Senior Tech Lead for the Consumer Interaction area within Tech4Engineering. You will lead with vision, drive delivery, and keep people at the heart of transformation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on capability in software engineering, security, and agile practices.
You will manage multiple squads, shape IT strategy, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value-driven IT services in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior leadership in complex IT environments.
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset balancing objectives and risk.
- Experience leading large teams (≈40 employees) and DevOps culture.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English; financial services familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement IT vision for the Tech4Engineering Consumer Interaction area.
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with political sensitivity and engagement at all levels.
- Proactively manage IT risks and uphold security standards.
- Act as stand-by manager quarterly to support business continuity and 24x7 service delivery.
- Oversee budgets, service deployment and maintenance efficiency; lead ~6 squads (~40 professionals).
- Foster skill development and craftsmanship within teams.
