Rabobank in Utrecht (Netherlands) seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape two critical platform products in a highly regulated setting. You will own strategy, roadmap, adoption, and outcomes for pipeline compliance and managed CI/CD services within the Rabobank software delivery ecosystem.

You’ll lead two platform teams, collaborate with architects, and drive developer experience while ensuring compliance and security by design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and secure-by-design delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar platforms, including permissions and YAML pipelines.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and deliver outcomes in a multi-team environment.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on customer value and business impact over feature output.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from engineers to senior leadership.
• Proactive, collaborative, and driven to create value with users and stakeholders.
• Experienced in product discovery and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for pipeline compliance and managed CI/CD capabilities.
• Align product direction with Rabobank's Managed Application Stack and engineering platform strategy.
• Define success metrics around platform adoption, developer experience, compliance.
• Own product priorities, roadmap, and backlog to maximise developer productivity, platform adoption, and business impact.
• Deliver compliant-by-design platform capabilities that enable secure and frictionless software delivery.
• Manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
