Job summary

Rabobank is redefining engineering with two critical platform products in its software delivery ecosystem. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and outcomes to empower engineers to deliver value securely and with less friction.

The role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, and Security, collaborating with engineers, security and compliance teams to build compliant-by-design pipelines and CI/CD capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience in complex Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, and secure-by-design delivery knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for pipeline compliance and CI/CD capabilities.
• Align direction with Rabobank's Managed Application Stack and platform strategy.
• Define success metrics for platform adoption and developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, risk, and leadership stakeholders.
