EY is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter Consulting to lead the end-to-end recruitment of experienced consulting professionals in the Netherlands.

You will partner with hiring managers, directors and partners to attract top talent, manage assessments, interviews and offer negotiations, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience while contributing to employer branding and continuous recruitment improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and minimum four years in recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, technology or highly skilled professionals preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
