As Senior Corporate Recruiter Consulting, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for experienced consulting professionals. Working closely with hiring managers, directors and partners, you will develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies, ensuring EY secures the best talent in a highly competitive market.

You will proactively identify, engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide market insights, recruitment expertise and strategic recommendations to support hiring decisions.

The role also involves managing candidate assessments, conducting interviews, coordinating offer negotiations and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recruitment projects and employer branding activities that strengthen EY's position as an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a proven track record of successfully recruiting highly educated professionals within a corporate or agency environment. You are confident partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions and acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and market trends.

You combine strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive, commercial and relationship‑driven approach. Your ability to identify and engage hard‑to‑find talent enables you to deliver results in a competitive market while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

You are fluent in both Dutch and English, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously. In addition, you bring energy, resilience and a hands‑on mentality, continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo.

A bachelor's degree and at least four years of relevant recruitment experience are required. Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, technology or other highly skilled professionals will be considered a strong advantage.
