Job summary

APM Terminals in The Hague is seeking a Business Integration Manager to drive the setup of HR, operations, commercial, finance, HSSE and legal for the new terminal. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, align with project scope, and ensure readiness for go-live.

The role requires 5+ years in building organisations and 10+ years managing interdependencies in large programs, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and a matrix leadership style. Travel ~40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operational transport and logistics environments.
• Track record leading multi-discipline project teams.
• Experience with large integration or M&A projects.
• Minimum 5+ years in setting up organizations and leading teams.
• 10+ years managing interdependencies in large, complex programs.
• Ability to navigate matrix organizations and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel ~40%.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point internally and externally for the future business setup interactions with Key clients and stakeholders.
• Develop, drive, and lead the set-up of HR, operations, commercial, finance, HSSE and legal functions for the new terminal.
• Plan terminal operations and deliver a functioning, trained terminal organisation ready to start operations.
• Develop and drive external processes related to operation and ensure alignment before go-live.
• Understand and implement shareholders’ policies and strategies including Maersk Production System and 2030 Imperatives.
