Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for the Business Implementation portfolio to own end-to-end senior and specialist BIM hiring. Based in The Hague, you will coach senior managers, build pipelines and ensure workforce plans precede requisitions, while leading a small TA team across regions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Directors, driving lean improvements and reporting on the BIM Hiring Dashboard, with a focus on inclusive, diverse pipelines and strong

Qualifications

• Substantial recruitment experience at senior/executive levels.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting for ports, terminals, infrastructure, engineering or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of senior and specialist BIM hiring (JL3–JL6).
• Partner with BIM senior management, Project Directors and People Partners pre-requisition.
• Coach hiring managers on interview methodology and assessment tools.
• Drive talent mapping and reduce agency dependence for hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain BIM Hiring Dashboard reporting and governance.
• Lead and develop a small senior TA team dedicated to BIM across regions.
• Oversee executive search and Preferred Supplier List management.
• Ensure data hygiene and process discipline in Workday.
