Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Talent Acquisition Product Systems Senior Specialist to join its global People Technology team. You will serve as the SME for Talent Acquisition systems, driving solution design, configuration coordination, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across the recruitment tech landscape.

You will focus on Workday Recruitment, Paradox, and HiredScore, gathering requirements, guiding deployments, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Recruitment Technology and HR platforms.
• Expertise in Workday Recruitment is essential.
• Experience with Paradox and HiredScore is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for recruitment technology solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and drive best practice implementations.
• Coordinate configuration and deployment with internal teams and partners.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment, GDPR and IT security compliance.
• Collaborate with People Systems, Architecture and HR stakeholders to maximize value.
• Mentor junior and mid-level specialists on recruitment technology.
