Job summary

Vanderlande, a leader in material handling solutions, seeks a Senior Supply Planner to optimize end-to-end planning. You will translate demand signals into inventory and replenishment decisions, challenge forecasts, and independently manage supply risks.

The role requires experience in advanced planning, S&OP, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to improving planning processes, coach colleagues, and support the Global Spare Parts team in delivering high customer availability

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years planning experience in supply or inventory planning
• Strong knowledge of inventory planning concepts (safety stock, lead times, service levels)
• Experience with Demand Planning processes and translating insights into decisions
• Analytical, problem-solving, and evidence-based decision making
• End-to-end mindset with stakeholder influence across functions
• Experience with S&OP/IBP or similar integrated planning processes

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer availability and fill rate while balancing inventory value and obsolescence risk
• Balance demand and supply and translate signals into inventory and replenishment plans
• Identify root causes and drive improvements in planning performance
• Coach colleagues and share planning best practices across teams
• Contribute to S&OP and end-to-end planning processes across the organization
