Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Warehouse Planner Spare Parts to join the Global Spare Parts team. You will develop and manage operational plans, wave releases, shipment trips, and resource allocation across automated and manual warehouse operations, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient use of resources.

Initially based in Best, supporting daily operations while contributing to the design and readiness of the new Spare Parts Distribution Center in Veghel; relocation to Veghel when the SPDC becomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, logistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse planning, workload balancing, and operational coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); LOCUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operational plans, wave releases, shipment trips, and resource allocation across automated and manual warehouse operations.
• Ensure balanced workloads, optimal utilization of warehouse resources, and on-time customer deliveries while supporting operational performance, inventory control and continuous improvement.
• Act as the central link between inbound, outbound, inventory management, customer fulfillment and warehousing operations.
