Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Veghel to translate demand into inventory and replenishment plans, while driving end-to-end improvements across the Global Spare Parts team. You will validate signals, take independent decisions and help evolve planning toward a data-driven approach.

With 5–7 years in supply/inventory planning and strong analytical skills, you will influence multiple functions, support S&OP, and coach colleagues to share best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of planning experience in supply planning, inventory or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety stock, lead times, service levels and obsolescence.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer availability and fill rate while balancing inventory value and obsolescence risk.
• Balance demand and supply and make independent planning decisions.
• Identify root causes and drive improvements in planning processes, methods and tools.
• Use data and KPIs to safeguard planning inputs/outputs and align across functions.
• Explain complex issues and create fact-based alignment with stakeholders.
• Coach colleagues and share planning best practices across teams and contribute to S&OP/IBP.
