Stichd is seeking a Supply Chain Process Lead based in Den Bosch, NL, to drive design and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes. You will govern processes, align with strategic objectives, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and logistics to improve performance.

Qualifications

Are you interested in improving business processes, lead continuous improvement, and connect business needs with day-to-day operations?

As a Supply Chain Process Lead, you contribute to the design and improvement of end-to-end business processes across the supply chain.

You are the go-to expert for process design, process governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

Working as part of the Operational Excellence Team, you collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and logistics to improve business performance, enable transformation initiatives, and ensure sustainable process excellence.

The Operational Excellence Team is a central function within Supply Chain Operations, dedicated to improving business performance through process optimization, standardization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The team works across the end-to-end value chain to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives.

You work closely with the specialists in the team, ensuring that process matches functional needs.

Your Mission

• Support the design, documentation and continuous improvement of end to end supply chain business processes.
• Help align business processes with company priorities, operational objectives and functional requirements.
• Maintain the Business Process House framework and ensure process governance standards are applied consistently.
• Analyse process performance using KPIs and fit/gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities and drive business value.
• Collect business requirements, assess their effects, and launch initiatives to drive improvements.
• Evaluate and manage change requests by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements to support agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations Specialists, Solution Architects, and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that effectively meet business and functional requirements
• Coordinate workstreams within cross-functional projects and help embed process improvements in the organization
• Establish and maintain clear process documentation for workflows, process variations, and system integrations to support standardized and efficient operations.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Your Talent

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• + 6 years of experience in process management, supply chain operations, business transformation, or consulting roles
• Experience with business process design, process governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experienced in working in and leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and business process management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to lead change initiatives across multiple teams
• Professional proficiency in English

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
