Job summary

• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, resource owners, and global supply chain teams.
• Participate in inventory, production, and supply review meetings.
• Identify supply risks, opportunities, inventory challenges, and mitigations.
• Balance cost, service, and working capital while managing inventories.
• Run scenario analyses to inform decisions and planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead corrective actions for planning deviations and constraints.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.

What You'll Do

As Product Planner, you will be responsible for managing supply plans for assigned products and production lines while ensuring a stable, efficient supply network.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own tactical and strategic supply planning activities across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
• Manage product and production line planning within RapidResponse (Kinaxis RR).
• Develop and maintain robust supply plans that support business objectives and patient demand.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, resource owners, and global supply chain teams.
• Participate in key planning forums including inventory, production, and supply review meetings.
• Identify supply risks, opportunities, inventory challenges, and mitigation strategies.
• Proactively manage inventory levels while balancing cost, service, and working capital objectives.
• Perform scenario analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and lead corrective actions for planning deviations and constraints.
• Support product launches, lifecycle management activities, and phase-out strategies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience within end-to-end Supply Chain Planning and Operations.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food & beverage, biotechnology, or ingredients manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Proactive and results-driven approach.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive initiatives through to completion.
• End-to-end supply chain mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
