Job summary

Panda International in the Netherlands seeks a Product Planner to oversee supply plans for multiple products and production lines across 75 countries, ensuring reliable supply during launches and phase-outs while balancing capacity and costs.

You will drive inventory targets and minimize scrap, partnering with global teams and resource owners to address deviations, optimize performance, and sustain stable supply operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning and Operations in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan tactical and strategic horizon supply activities.
• Own products and lines for short- and long-term planning in Rapid Response.
• Communicate effectively with critical resource owners.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings and provide feedback on strategic decisions.
• Highlight opportunities and risks related to variation management and scrap initiatives.
• Proactively follow policies and procedures associated with the role.
• Assess and manage inventory positions to align with targets.
• Drive a stable, efficient Supply Plan and address deviations with root-cause actions.
• Provide scenario analyses to support decision-making.

Job description

As a Product Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless supply of our life-changing products to patients in 75 countries globally. You'll manage supply plans for your products and production lines across, ensuring reliable and stable supply while navigating product launches, phase-outs, business trends, production capacity utilization, and component management.

Your expertise will help control costs and cash impact while minimizing scrap exposure and maintaining target inventory levels.

• Be responsible for the planning activities of tactical and strategic horizon.
• Be responsible and ownership of products and line for the mis -and long term planning in Rapid Response
• Communicate effectively with critical resource owners.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings e.g IDP stos/ PLTs/ GSCTs/ During these meetings , tactical and strategic metrics and approaches will be discussed. Collaborate with Global teams; GNP, GSCLs and give your feedback and advice on strategic decisions
• Bring opportunities and risks to the table, with regards to variation management, scrap global initiatives and different strategies.
• Refers and follows established policies and procedures associates with the role.
• Proactively assess and manage inventory positions, aligning them with strategic targets.
• Drive towards a stable, efficient Supply Plan and address any deviations or constraints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure timely completion of planning cycles and provide scenario analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with supply sites to ensure the seamless flow of supply.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning and Operations, preferably in a regulated environment such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, food/beverages, or ingredients.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong connections.
• Previous experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (like Lean and Six Sigma).
• E2E supply chain mindset
• Knowledge in SAP and RR is a pre.

Salary:

80,512 - 84,759 (inc 8% and 13th month)
