Job summary

Trinamics in Breda, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Quality Lead to manage the quality performance of a set of suppliers in electronics and machine conditioning. You will bridge factory, field and suppliers, resolving 8D issues on time and leading advanced testing.

You will drive data-driven quality improvements, lead cluster-level process projects, develop training, and mentor junior specialists while promoting adherence to ISO 9001 standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Quality Management or Industrial Engineering with extensive experience, or a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience.
• Experience with multi-supplier management.
• Hands-on experience with 8D methodology.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality rules.
• Strong in quality control, risk management, data analysis and process optimization.
• Able to manage complexity, balance stakeholders, communicate effectively, and ensure accountability.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality performance of a set of non-managed suppliers; drive short-term improvements.
• Bridge between factory, field, and suppliers; ensure 8D issues are resolved on time.
• Lead quality control and assurance activities: inspections, audits, tests, and advanced procedures.
• Lead root cause analysis for complex quality issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Use advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks and improvements with actionable recommendations.
• Lead cluster-level process improvement projects and land improvements in docs and systems.
• Contribute to development of quality management systems and promote adherence to standards.
• Develop and provide technical training on quality methodologies; mentor junior specialists.
• Document complex quality processes and report on performance, trends, risks.
• Build network with stakeholders; manage expectations and explain solutions.
• Act as a role model for quality culture and participate in the quality community events.
