Job summary

IBD - Romania is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer for custom superyachts. Based in Amsterdam, you will lead the design and execution of structural solutions on luxury projects between 50 and 140 meters. The role requires strong expertise in ship design, leadership in engineering projects, and proficiency in modern CAD applications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in shipbuilding engineering.
• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in shipbuilding or yacht building.
• Solid expertise in ship design, preferably with vessels over 50 meters.

Responsibilities

• Develop primary structural concepts for luxury superyachts.
• Maintain oversight of design process and technical specifications.
• Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and integration with engineering departments.
