Are you a skilled Engineer with a passion for yacht building? Do you want to play a key role in creating custom-built superyachts that redefine innovation, performance, and luxury? This is your chance to join an elite team at the forefront of world-class yacht construction.

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between engineering and production. You’ll ensure flawless execution of complex designs, supporting manufacturability, structural integrity, and compliance with the highest industry standards. Your expertise will directly shape some of the most exclusive yachts in the world.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and refine detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Class and Flag regulations as well as internal specifications.
• Perform structural assessments, including FEM and stress analysis, weight control, and budgeting.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, providing innovative solutions.
• Act as the link between Engineering and Production, ensuring seamless alignment in design execution and build processes.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers, project leads, and production teams to deliver on time and to the highest quality standards.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Engineer within shipbuilding, preferably yacht building.
• Proven knowledge of Siemens NX, 3D AutoCAD, Teamcenter and Cadmatic.
• Strong experience with structural design, hull engineering, exterior integration, and equipment installation.
• Knowledge of FEM analysis, stress calculations, weight control, and budgeting.
• A deep understanding of yacht production and construction processes.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a strong drive for quality and results.
