Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategic vision and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to scale our platform and maximize impact for customers.

You will mentor product managers, shape company strategy, and drive cross-functional alignment around key priorities, OKRs, and market opportunities in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in senior or staff roles owning end-to-end delivery of software products in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments using product discovery, data-driven decision making, and agile methodologies.
• Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company.
• Experience building or scaling product management teams and processes.
• Exposure to OKR-driven product development and metrics-focused product management.
• Track record of navigating successful product pivots or strategic repositioning.
• Experience working with MSP or partner-led go-to-market models.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for MDR, EDR, and IR.
• Define strategic priorities, influence company OKRs, and drive cross-functional alignment around product direction.
• Define and own the product roadmap for MDR, EDR, and IR, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Drive discovery practices to deeply understand customer needs, problems, and pain points.
• Lead and mentor product managers and junior team members across engineering, design, security operations, product marketing, and sales.
• Partner with Product Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, product launches, and market positioning.
