Vinted is seeking a seasoned technical engineering leader to guide the Supply domain within the Marketplace. You will collaborate with domain leadership to align engineering strategy with product vision, driving scalable, high-performance solutions and owning the domain's technical roadmap.

You’ll work with Go, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Kubernetes and Docker, leading teams and defining best practices for a large-scale distributed system.

Qualifications

• Technical engineering leader with major initiatives.
• Strong communication of technical goals to stakeholders.
• Experience with high-scale distributed systems.
• Willingness to work with Go, Ruby on Rails, MySQL and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Work with domain leadership to shape engineering strategy and align with product vision.
• Own and improve the Supply domain portion of the marketplace.
• Set and promote best practices for software engineering across teams.
• Act as a technical leader for cross-domain initiatives and projects.
• Create and maintain a technical roadmap for the domain.
• Collaborate with other domains on shared deliverables and responsibilities.
• Review code and guide developers through GitHub pull requests.
