Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability for our Azure SaaS estate. You will partner with cloud engineering and product squads to implement SLOs, error budgets, and self-healing automation while reducing toil and improving platform resilience.

You will collaborate across global datacenters, leverage Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI-native tooling to harden CI/CD, and ensure scalable performance as we grow. A hybrid work model and strong culture underpin our success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SRE/DevOps experience in a production cloud environment (Azure).
• Strong observability and incident-management skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own SLOs and error budgets across the Azure estate.
• Eliminate toil and build self-healing automation.
• Consolidate observability with standardized metrics, alerts, and tracing.
• Lead incidents and drive blameless postmortems.
• Improve release reliability with CI/CD, canaries, and canary deployments.
• Model capacity and performance across regions.
• Apply AI-native reliability practices to detection and remediation.
• Create and maintain runbooks linked to automation candidates.
